Fixed hourly rate, no surge
The hourly rate is locked on WhatsApp before the car leaves the yard. The meter does not climb in rush-hour traffic, does not lift on a wet Friday, does not add a peak multiplier. Flat fifteen-dollar midnight surcharge between 23:00 and 07:00 is the only extra, and that is always disclosed before you confirm.

Book by the hour or by the day
Half-day is four hours from SGD 220. Full-day is ten hours from SGD 500. Multi-day hires are quoted as consecutive day-blocks, with a five percent discount on bookings of five or more days. If you run over, we extend in thirty-minute blocks at the same quoted hourly rate. No overtime surcharge.

We confirm, assign the driver, brief the day
Once you confirm, we lock the Alphard (or the car you picked), assign a driver who knows the route, and send you a booking confirmation with the driver's name, photo and number plate the night before. The driver is briefed on your stops, the venue lobbies, the school-run timing, anything that matters. GST invoice is drafted if you want one.

The Alphard arrives at the first pickup on the dot. Between stops the driver waits at the kerb with the cabin ready, water chilled, chargers plugged in. Adjust the plan on the fly. Extend at the mall, swap restaurants, cut an attraction short. If the day runs over the booked hours, we extend in thirty-minute blocks at the quoted rate. At the end you get one WhatsApp thank-you and one invoice.

The minimum booking for a Toyota Alphard, Toyota Noah or MiniBus Combi is four hours. Mercedes E-Class, V-Class and S-Class have a three-hour minimum. Below these minimums we treat the job as a point-to-point transfer on our flat rate, not an hourly charter. Once the minimum is met you can add time in thirty-minute blocks, all at the same hourly rate with no surcharge.
Hourly hire is billed at the stated hourly rate with a 3 or 4 hour minimum. Full-day is a flat 10-hour package that is cheaper per hour than paying hourly: Toyota Alphard full-day is SGD 600 (versus SGD 700 at the hourly rate), Toyota Noah is SGD 500, Mercedes E-Class is SGD 550, Mercedes V-Class is SGD 600. Half-day is a 4-hour block at a set price, sitting between the two. Pick hourly if your day is tight and known, full-day if the plan is fluid.

The car stays. Overtime is billed in thirty-minute blocks at the same quoted hourly rate, with no overtime surcharge. Message the driver or WhatsApp the office once you know you are running long and we will hold the slot. The extra time is added to the final invoice at the end of the day. If you want to convert an hourly hire into a full day because you have already crossed 8 hours, we flip you onto the flat day rate if that comes out cheaper.
Yes. The whole point of hiring the car by the hour or day is flexibility. Add a stop, swap restaurants, cut an attraction short, extend at the mall. As long as you stay inside the booked hours, no extra charge. If you want the driver to wait while you go inside somewhere, that waiting time is already inside your block.
