EasyRent Limousine started in 2013. One Toyota Alphard, a list of phone numbers from the corporate job Jay had just left, and three rules. Be early. Keep the car clean. Answer the phone when it rings.

Over a decade later the fleet is past forty-nine vehicles across nine classes. Mercedes E-Class and S-Class for executives. Alphard and Vellfire for VIP arrivals. Noah MPV, MiniBus Combi, 23-seater coach and 45-seater tour bus when the group is bigger. A vetted network of chauffeurs across Singapore and Malaysia, fluent in English, Chinese and Korean. Most know Changi to the CBD without opening Google Maps.

Same three rules. The quote is the price. The car is there before you are. If something goes wrong on a trip, the owner picks up the phone. We haven't needed a slogan. The clients who called us in 2013 are still the ones calling in 2026.

03 Principles

Four things we won't budge on.

Everything else, talk to us. These four, we can't.

    On time, every time.

    Fifteen minutes early, always. If your flight lands ahead of schedule, we're already in the lot. You will never wait on the car.

  2. 02

    Cars you'd be happy to be seen in.

    Every vehicle washed, vacuumed and tyre-checked before the job. Seat covers swapped between clients. No stray coffee cups. No yesterday's newspaper in the seat pocket.

  3. 03

    Drivers who speak your language.

    English is the default. Chinese and Korean on request. Tell us who's in the back seat. We put the right driver in the front.

  4. 04

    Prices you can explain to your finance team.

    The quote is the price. Waiting windows, midnight hours, extra stops and child seats sit on the homepage in black and white. Nothing lands on the invoice that wasn't there before the trip.

04 The team

Twenty-five drivers. One phone line.

Our drivers are on payroll. Not freelancers bidding on your trip, not a roster of whoever is free that morning. A handful of them have been here since 2022. They know the regulars by name, remember the Monday coffee order, and don't talk about what gets said in the back seat.

Every driver is LTA-licensed for private-hire, holds a clean record, and sits an annual refresher on defensive driving. Between them they speak English, Mandarin, Cantonese, Hokkien, Malay and Korean.
