    Your driver arrives at the pickup address fifteen minutes before your scheduled time, every time. You get a WhatsApp message with the driver's name, number plate and a live location pin the night before, and another one the moment the car is in position.     Quiet cabin, discreet chauffeur

    Uniformed drivers, briefed on your guest and schedule before the first pickup. They do not volunteer conversation, do not take calls in the car, and do not share booking details outside the yard. NDAs available on request for board members and visiting partners. The same driver is kept on multi-day assignments.

    GST invoice, same day

    Every corporate booking can be invoiced with GST. Cost centres, purchase order numbers and project tags go on the invoice so Finance can clear it without back-and-forth. Recurring clients get a monthly master account and one consolidated invoice at month-end. Bank transfer or PayNow.

    WhatsApp your schedule

    Send the date, the first pickup, the meetings or venues, and the guest's preference (sedan, luxury MPV, flagship). If you have a full-day agenda, paste it in. No forms, no sign-up. We reply with a fixed quote, a recommended car and a suggested driver as soon as we can.

  2. 02

    We confirm and brief the driver

    Once you confirm, we assign the car, lock the driver, and send you a booking confirmation with the driver's name, photo and number plate the night before. The driver is briefed on your guest, the schedule, the venue lobbies, and any special requests. GST invoice is drafted and ready to issue on completion.

  3. 03

    Driver runs the day, we handle overruns

    The car arrives fifteen minutes early at the first pickup. Between stops the driver waits in the pickup lane or at the porte cochere, cabin ready, water chilled. If a meeting runs over, we extend in thirty-minute blocks at the quoted rate. At end of day you get one WhatsApp thank-you and one GST invoice in your finance inbox.

Yes. A full-day corporate charter is 10 hours with one dedicated driver and one dedicated car. The driver stays with your vehicle between meetings, waits in the pickup lane or porte cochere, and moves on to the next address when you're ready. Mercedes E-Class is SGD 550 for a 10-hour day, Toyota Alphard and Mercedes V-Class are SGD 600, Mercedes S-Class is SGD 1,000. If your day runs short, you still get the day rate. If it runs long, we extend in 30-minute blocks at the same hourly rate.

Yes. Every corporate booking can be invoiced with GST for expensing. For recurring clients we open a master account, run trips against it through the month and issue one consolidated invoice at month-end, payable by bank transfer or PayNow. Purchase order numbers, cost-centre codes and project tags all go on the invoice so Finance can clear it without back-and-forth.

Our drivers are uniformed, briefed on your guest's name and schedule before pickup, and trained to keep the cabin quiet. They do not volunteer conversation, do not take calls in the car, and do not share trip details outside the booking. NDAs are signed on request for sensitive guests. On multi-day assignments the same driver is kept throughout, so your VIP sees one familiar face from arrivals to departure.

Yes. Most corporate bookings have 3 to 6 stops: hotel, meeting, lunch, next meeting, airport. We map the route the night before, confirm the schedule with you on WhatsApp, and the driver runs the whole day. Extra stops within the hourly block are included. Only unplanned route changes beyond the original plan incur the $15 extra-stop charge.

The car stays. We extend in 30-minute blocks at the same hourly rate, no surcharge for overtime. Message the driver or WhatsApp the office when you know the meeting is running late and we'll hold the slot. The extended time is added to the final invoice at the same quoted rate. No surprise when the day ends.

Yes. The driver parks as close as the venue allows, porte cochere, drop-off lane or the nearest legal kerb, and waits on standby. You can step out for a coffee break, a call or a quick venue change and the car is there when you return. All waiting time is included inside the hourly block, with water chilled and chargers ready.
