Same-day single-drop luxury goods delivery dispatches within forty-five minutes of WhatsApp confirmation during operating hours (09:00 to 22:00). On peak Orchard afternoons or CBD rush (17:30 to 19:00), allow sixty to ninety minutes. Booked time-slot delivery (arrive at 19:30 sharp) is scheduled with a fifteen-minute arrival window. Outside operating hours by special arrangement at a twenty-five percent surcharge. Pre-booked multi-drop runs are always scheduled in advance.
